"I've been using the Underology skin care line for over a year now and I'm so pleased with the results. At age 41, I was struggling with dry, flaky skin which seemed to magnify the wrinkles around my eyes and mouth.

"I don't know where to begin, I am so happy with all the Underology products I have been using! Let's start with the Glycolic Exfoliator, when I first started using this, a guy that I worked with said to me, "Have you done something different? you just seem to be glowing..." I thought that was pretty interesting that a guy noticed. I have had many compliments since. Several girlfriends have asked what in the world to use on your face for it to look so flawless? I love, love, love the Microderm Abrasion kit for skin that feels smooth as a baby's behind! I use it often, especially if I have an event I am headed to. "The skin products in Underology are all divine. It's hard to single out any one that is my favorite since the result is because of the way the entire line works together. Everyone thinks I am at least 15 years younger than my actual chronological age and that cannot be a bad thing!

"I have two new favorite products and one is the OVERNITE REVIVAL mask! I put it on at night and my skin feels so replenished without feeling heavy or greasy. Another favorite thing about it is the ease of putting it on before bed and right before my Underology eye cream. The new creamy texture is what I really like. "I just received promptly another lipo in a box capri which is the best!!!! shaper, comfortable and well made and easy to keep in great condition.

I am specifically writing about the Marilyn smartbra. I needed a strapless bra in a 34DD which is practically non-existent except by special order. The bra is beautiful and fits really well. I especially liked the silicone coating on the top and bottom of the bra (it eliminate need to pin bra to dress or use fashion tape). I couldn't believe it had bonus straps to wear halter style and with a criss cross back..... I love it and it a great find!

"Dear Staff,

I'm in Canada, and this morning I just received all the items I had ordered from you just last week!

Despite your disclaimer on the website that due to demand there might be some delay in service, this is excellent service! (Incidentally, the things I ordered on-line the same day from both Maidenform and Land's End have not yet arrived. You beat them.)

Love your products. I will have to exchange some things for another (more expensive) style, but this is the fault of my hips and not your product.

Things I love are:

-fast shipping time. (You Americans really understand customer service. That's why I order so much from the States.)
-your materials are light-weight
-your shapers don't flatten the derriere, the way my Spanx does. No more Spanx for me.
-the shoulder pads I ordered will be very helpful toward getting that perfect fit in just a few of my clothes, with no slippage. I wasn't able to find small shoulder pads like this from any other distributor.
-I noticed that the $20 international shipping charge was only slightly more than the actual mailing cost. I appreciate this honesty.

I'm off to package up the things I must return, and to write down my new order. Please make sure that this feedback reaches all the appropriate staff.

"Dear Connie and Staff,

I ordered your product yesterday online. I chose the High-waist Capri. I am a young mom of 25 blessed with twins. Having children are a joy, but can wreak havoc on a woman's body. Being younger I feel more pressured to look my best to fit in with my friends who aren't yet parents and don't understand what happens carrying a child. My stomach looks pretty deformed now and I have several rolls of loose skin after losing 50 lbs as well. When I got the product delivered today I was astonished by how quickly it got here. So like a child at Christmas I ripped open the present to see what I got.

I have tried many other shapewear items in the past. Traditional problems that I have encountered was the tight, non-slip plastic digging into my legs, the aggrevation of the top of the piece rolling down my stomach every time I did not stand up perfectly straight, and sharp pinching boning that makes bending over agonizing, not to mention not being able to breathe. So I got your product open and held it up in front of me. I sighed, thinking "Boy this is big enough to fit my seven year old daughter". So hesitantly I followed the directions and tried to put it on. WOW! I don't actually need a tub of crisco to slip into the thing! maybe appearances aren't everything after all. So I give a little pull here and a little tug there for the perfect fit, and voila -- instant curves. So I daringly grabbed a size smaller pair of jeans out of the closet to try on and "just see."

I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am with your product. I was running around the house, stretching every which way, just to see if I could make it move on me. Not one slip ... you have now got a lifetime customer and a walking advertisement. I have alreadly called three of my best friends and bragged away. I originally planned to wear this under my bridesmaid dress in November and my wedding dress in march of next year. Now knowing that this feels like I am wearing nothing, I think I am going to make this a part of my everyday wear. Thank you so much for such a wonderful product!"

Thank you so much for your excellent customer service! I recently ordered the high waist brief with legs. Unfortunately, the size I ordered was a little too big -- I was so discouraged, thinking I couldn't exchange it.

I sent it back, requesting a smaller size (didn't have original invoice) but had copies of shipping date, etc. I also asked to exchange for the new gusset opening, which costs a little more -- however, would've been content just to make the exchange for the same product.

Within 2 days, I received the correct size AND the product with the gusset opening!! No questions asked.

"I have been wearing my knee length body suit for about two weeks now. I am a retired factory worker and after three years of retirement I decided to go back to work. "I am really impressed! I purchased the brief with legs and the regular Capri's. I wore the Capri's first in this 90 heat and found them to be extremely comfortable. I was suspicious about that the brief with legs would work as I've tried several store bought types and just invested in spanx and found them all to be extremely uncomfortable. "More than a year ago I purchased your cami and only started wearing it about a month ago. When I received it, I noticed it contained underwire and put it in a drawer because until now I've been unable to wear products that contain underwire because of bruising. "When I read all the reviews, I thought I would take my chances with the brief. All of my earlier foundation garments were either too loose to be of any use or were so rigid with bones and cross straps that they were a torture to wear. "I had abdominal surgery about three weeks ago......very scary and painful. They put an abdominal binder on me after surgery that is a 'one-size-fits-all'. Now I am here to tell you that the binder does not fit my 5'4" body like it would some guy who is 6'5"!!! As soon as I was released I went home, tossed the hospital binder and replaced it with my midriff high lipo product... what relief and great support to my poor tummy!!!

Since I wear it daily I had it on when I went to my post-op appointment. The doctor and his staff were so impressed that they asked my for the information and cost. I strongly encouraged them to provide your product to their patients ... it would increase comfort post-op and compliance with wearing a binder.

You do such a service for woman kind. :) I was so glad to get out of the primary compression garments that had panels and velcro. It did not fit on curves and it had the lines in between the panels that would make indentions into the freshly lipo'd skin. I heard that could make permanent creases. ACK!

I bought your capri length body suit that I adore and also the body shaper without underwire in the nude. It has been forever since I have not needed underwire!!! I just ordered the same thing in black. When I figure out what my final bra size will be, I will probably try your bras, as well. "OH MY GOD!, is what I said this morning when I removed the utterly painful compression garment my surgeon had me in. I had lipo 8 days ago on my back, flanks, arms, upper/lower abdomen, and inner/outer thighs. My doctor handed me a handful of brochures for alternative garments and yours caught my eye.

I have been walking around the house with a new pep my step and telling everyone who calls to check on me how unbelieveable I feel. "I had liposuction and a tummy tuck. I was given a garment by the hospital immediately after surgery. It had hooks up each side and snap crotch. Three weeks after my surgery, knowing I had to wear a garment for at least six weeks after surgery, I began looking for another garment because it was so uncomfortable and already falling apart. I purchased the Lipo in a Box and it was the best thing I could have done after my surgery. It was so comfortable and supportive. I can't thank you enough for all the information you gave me about how much this product could help after having liposuction "surgery." I must emphasize "surgery" because most people don't know how painful this procedure can be. I had liposuction performed on my stomach, back, hips, inner thighs and knees. It is very important after liposuction to wear compression garments because it helps to improve blood circulation, decrease swelling, and speed up the healing process. But most important a compression garment provides support to surgical areas for more comfort and helps the skin fit better to its new contours. Liposuction hurts. Anyone who says it doesn't probably forgot. It's like the pain associated with child birth...you easily forget it because the results are so positive, but this discomfort can last for weeks. Your garment made the pain bearable. I only wish I knew how important it was to have a comfortable garment on hand. My doctor sent me home with the most uncomfortable garment. I could feel every edge and pressure point. I just wanted to rip it off. Thank God I stopped and talked with you at the convention in St. Louis. And thank you so much for over-nighting it to me. The full body garment was perfect. It was so comfortable and it fit great. After liposuction it is truly more comfortable wearing your garment than not. I would suggest this product to anyone having liposuction done. In fact you should purchase two of these (laundering) since you will need to wear it around the clock. You were a life saver!"

"I just got my lipo in a box products I ordered. First off the shipping was super lightening fast! I ordered 2 of the high waist long leg and two high waist capri pants. I took one look at them and thought I would never in a million years get them on, they looked too small! But no they fit PERFECT! I look and feel like a million bucks! I have lost 116 pounds since having gastric bypass surgery and I just wanted to look tight and firm. There is still NO roll down with the high waist. Not only do I look tight and firm but I have such support and with the long leg brief there is NO way to tell where the pant line ends on my legs. I don't have the hanging skin problem like many who have lost that mush weight but, it is very loose which makes my hips "point" out. "Hello,
I had gastric bypass surgery and have lost 140 lbs to date. My doctor's office suggested your product as my skin is becoming very heavy on my "apron" and I have balance issues from the heavy skin pulling me down. I ordered the brief w/legs. When I first tried them on I wasn't sure if it would work for me. I put them on, it was snug at first, but I got them up. This is really helping me, and I don't have to wear my HEAVY girdle anymore. Now I hate to even take them off even to wash them, ( I do, though!) as my stomach skin pulls so much. Thanks for your product.

"I ordered the body suit with legs a few weeks ago, and I love it!! You spoke to our bariatric support group at Centennial. My concerns were that I'm almost 5'10" and usually body suits are too short. Also, they're so uncomfortable. However, this one is so light I can't even tell it's there, and it's plenty long enough. I just ordered the highwaist long leg brief, also, so I'll always have a clean one. I got many compliments on the day I wore my body suit--it makes me look 10 pounds thinner.
